Return Policy
All Ainsley Blake products are offered as part of our exclusive online collections at highly competitive prices. Unless otherwise stated, all sale and clearance items are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on final sale items.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or opened, including jewelry and certain accessories. All eligible return items must be in original condition, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and materials carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us at service@ainsleyblake.com within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at service@ainsleyblake.com. After verification, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no extra charge.
Cancel Your Order
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after placing it. After this period, your order has already entered our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, send an email to service@ainsleyblake.com within the first 30 minutes.
