Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The cost depends on the courier you choose.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

How to Return

We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided label.
Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions

Items marked as Final Sale or on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

If the return is due to customer reasons, the shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
